Access Available for Full-Spectrum ENT Services Plus a New Sleep Apnea Solution

Author: Heather Mauk, Manager, Valley ENT Clinic

Valley’s Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Clinic is now offering an innovative surgical treatment for patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) who are unable to tolerate or benefit from CPAP therapy. This implant-based nerve stimulation procedure works by gently activating the muscles that control the tongue and upper airway during sleep, helping to maintain an open airway and improve breathing patterns throughout the night.

This minimally invasive outpatient procedure offers eligible patients a comfortable, mask-free alternative to traditional CPAP therapy and has been shown to significantly improve sleep quality, daytime alertness, and overall quality of life.

In addition to this new sleep apnea treatment, Valley’s ENT specialists provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Services include management of sinus disease, hearing loss, dizziness and balance disorders, voice and swallowing concerns, thyroid and salivary gland conditions, and pediatric ENT care such as ear tube placement and tonsil or adenoid surgery.
