The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Starting July 1, the Infectious Disease Clinic will move from Primary Care to Specialty Care to better reflect the services it provides.
As part of this transition, we’re happy to welcome Kimberly Fernandez Jones as the new manager. Kimberly has been a valued leader at Valley for many years, most recently managing the Pulmonary & Sleep Disorder Clinic, which she will continue to oversee.
Thank you to Denise Martel for her leadership of the Infectious Disease Clinic. Denise will continue in her role managing the Cascade Clinic and Senior Care & Internal Medicine Clinic.
Please join us in welcoming Kimberly to her new role and thanking Denise for her continued support. If you have any questions about the transition, you can contact me, Kimberly, or Denise.
