Check Your Address Book – Call Forwarding Ending for Old Extensions

Many department numbers have changed and the call forwarding on the old 4-digit extensions for Cisco Phase 2 ended January 20. Make sure to check your work areas and replace the old extensions with the new numbers.

After Jan. 20, the following numbers will play a short message directing callers to call the new number, then the call will end automatically. Bloodworks Northwest will have an additional month of call forwarding, ending Feb. 23.
