Over the next two weeks, clinicians have two separate opportunities to share your experiences with Valley leadership. Both are important and we appreciate your feedback.

Provider Satisfaction Survey (AMGA)
Currently open through March 16

This survey was emailed on March 2 and again on March 9 to those who have not yet completed it.

Employee Engagement Survey (employed providers only)
Open March 16–27

Beginning Monday, March 16, employed providers will receive Valley’s Employee Engagement Survey, administered by EMC Research.

• About 20 questions
• Takes 5–10 minutes
• Anonymous, with results used to inform organizational and departmental action plans
