Old Phone Numbers Disconnected July 20

After July 20, many old numbers from Phase 2, including faxes and Bloodworks NW, will no longer connect.
Check your work areas and replace the old extensions with the new numbers.
Places you should check include:
- Speed dials
- Quick dials
- Personal devices
- Voalte, if you have units as custom contacts
- Any written or printed references
Please note:
- Voalte extensions are NOT changing at this time.
- New main department numbers can also be found on the MyValley Directory.
Q. What will happen if someone calls an old number after July 20?
A. After July 20, callers will hear a message that the number they called is no longer in service and their call cannot be completed.
Q. What happens if someone tries to fax something to an old number after July 20?
A. The fax will bounce, it will not deliver.
