Action Required With Transition to MD Staff

Starting October 2026, our med staff office will officially transition to MD-Staff as our new, primary medical staff management software. This modern platform replaces our current legacy systems, providing us with a more intuitive, efficient and user-friendly interface for managing our credentials and privileges.

What this means for us:
Upcoming reappointments: If your scheduled reappointment falls in April 2027 or later, you will complete the process entirely within the new MD-Staff portal.

If your reappointment falls in Jan-March 2027 and you have not yet submitted your application, you will be receiving a new application via MD-Staff.

If you have already submitted your reappointment application, no action is required.

Transition:  When you receive your next reappointment application, you will also receive your login credentials, link to the portal and quick reference training guides to help you navigate the system.

Information transfer: All our existing credentialing files, history and current privileges are being securely migrated over by our Medical Staff Services team. MSO will pause credentialing activity between Sept 23-29.  No applications can be accepted during this time.
