The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Jamie Allemand, DPT, was born and raised in Covington and has been working at the Lifestyle Medicine Covington location since 2020. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Physical from Central Washington University in 2016. She then moved to Idaho to attend Idaho State University and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. She works with patients of all ages and abilities, from sports injuries to chronic pain and everything in between. Her favorite part of PT is teaching her patients about their body, movement, and lifestyle changes to live a healthier life. Outside of work, Jamie likes spending time with her two dogs (Tucker and Ari), running, yoga, and travelling.
