Alex earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University. He is passionate about helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life through movement and evidence-based care.
Alex believes movement can be a powerful tool not only for recovery, but also for maintaining long-term health and well-being. He enjoys helping patients discover practical ways to stay active, build confidence, and create healthy habits that fit their lifestyle. His goal is to help individuals not only recover from pain or injury, but also continue doing the activities that matter most to them for years to come.
Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys powerlifting, strength training, and watching anime. Fun fact: he keeps a stash of Taco Bell Diablo sauce packets on hand year-round—just in case.
