The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

KhenYian Cheung, DO, is a board-certified palliative medicine physician. His interests in medicine include educating patients about aging, disease processes, and advanced care planning.
Since his time as a pre-med volunteer at a hospice, he has always had an interest in caring for the sick and the dying. After completing a family medicine residency at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, NY, he completed a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at AMITA Health Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
Originally from California, Dr. Cheung has lived all over the country, from Arizona, New York, to Illinois. He also lived in Hong Kong for several months after high school. Outside of medicine, he enjoys running, reading, learning how to cook East Asian cuisine, and supporting Arsenal FC.
