Provider Bio

Julie Fulton graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in French in 1998 and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001, both from the University of Puget Sound. Julie did an internship at Valley Medical Center her final semester of PT school and was offered a job after graduation; she has worked at Valley Medical Center for her entire PT career! Julie enjoys working with the neurologic and cancer populations, among others. She is nationally certified in lymphedema therapy by the Lymphology Association of North America since 2006. Julie also received her competency certification in vestibular rehabilitation in 2012 from Emory University and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Julie has lived in Washington state her entire life. She enjoys traveling within Washington state as well as internationally. Julie also enjoys attending Seattle Seahawks games as a season ticket holder and even attended Super Bowl 48 in New York. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, seeing Broadway musicals, and spending time with her husband and 2 cats.
