Gagan Gill, ARNP, brings six years of nursing experience working at the UW Medical Center. She is passionate about primary care and believes everyone deserves access to equitable, quality care, with many health conditions preventable or manageable through early detection and timely treatment. She values building lifelong relationships with patients and their families and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Her approach emphasizes patient-centered care, shared decision-making, and collaboration to develop individualized care plans. As a multilingual provider who speaks Hindi and Punjabi, Gagan values culturally responsive care and is passionate about serving diverse communities.

Gagan earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Washington. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
