The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Maria Garvey Caruso has been a dedicated physical therapist since 2014, with expertise in orthopedic and vestibular conditions and a special interest in chronic pain management and hypermobility. Her background as a former contemporary dancer with the H.T. Chen Dance Company deepens her understanding of movement, which remains central to her life and motivates her to help others. A lifelong learner, Maria is committed to integrating the latest research into her practice.
Originally from Maryland, Maria has lived along the East Coast, from Florida to Vermont. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Dance from Jacksonville University and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Vermont. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, biking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her wife and their two children.
