The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Kalen Jolk, DPT, was born and raised in Maple Valley, Washington. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University in 2010 and graduated from the University of Puget Sound with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Kalen has experience treating patients with a variety of injuries and conditions and returning them to the activities that they love to do. Kalen has a desire to serve the community he grew up in by encouraging healthy and active lifestyles and educating his patients about injury prevention.
In his free time, Kalen enjoys woodworking, playing pickleball, and playing boardgames with his family and friends.
