Dr. Alexandria McKay grew up in the Puget Sound region, spending as much of her childhood outdoors as she could. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of Washington in 2010, was awarded a Doctorate of Osteopathy from Des Moines University in Iowa 2014, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Health Point in Auburn, WA in 2017.
Dr. McKay has been in Family Practice since 2017, focusing on preventive care, women’s health, LGBTQ+ care, and Osteopathic Manual Therapy which can help with a number of ailments, including back and neck pain, headaches, jaw pain (TMJ), carpal tunnel syndrome, and constipation. She loves building relationships with patients so that she can be more effective in helping them achieve their optimal health, as well as the opportunity to learn something new in medicine every day.
Dr. McKay lives in Auburn, WA with her husband and two small dogs and enjoys reading, baking, gardening, and hiking.
