Provider Bio
Jamie Meyer, ARNP, has a special interest in the management and care of patients with a wide variety of cardiac disorders. She believes in developing relationships with patients to understand their health needs and goals and working collaboratively with other providers and patients to optimize their care.
She started her nursing career in 2008 in ICU care, and has 10 years of Cardiac ICU experience. From her RN experience and during her graduate studies, she has developed her interest in caring for cardiac patients. Jamie completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at University of Houston and then earned her Master of Science degree at University of Texas Houston. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
