Joshua Nelson, PT, DPT earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Fox University in February 2024. Since joining Lifestyle Medicine, he has fallen in love with its holistic approach to care, which supports improved quality of life, longevity, fitness, and overall well-being.

A Renton, Washington native, Josh returned to the community where he was raised and now enjoys being part of the Covington area. He is passionate about providing care to diverse populations of all ages and backgrounds. His clinical expertise spans treating general aches and pains, sports and orthopedic injuries, competitive athletes, and weekend warriors. Josh is dedicated to partnering with his patients to achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle both during and beyond their time in physical therapy.

Outside of work, Josh stays active through weightlifting, playing soccer, and spending quality time with his fiancé and family. He also enjoys unwinding with a good movie.
