Mary Polhamus, RD, CDE enjoys working with a wide range of patients and their families to provide education and encourage practical solutions that improve health and quality of life. She is experienced in working with diabetes, heart disease, weight loss, oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerance, pregnancy, addiction recovery, mindful eating and lifestyle change.
Mary has a degree in nutrition and dietetics from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. She completed her dietetic Internship at College of St Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. She is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. When not at the Valley’s Lifestyle Medicine Clinic, Mary enjoys growing and cooking food with her family, hiking, traveling and yoga.
