The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Amy Ruthenberg, PT, has an interest in orthopedics, sports, and lifestyle medicine. She is a board-certified specialist in orthopedics and a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Amy grew up in East Lansing, Michigan. She attended Bowling Green State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and Master’s Degree in kinesiology. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University. Upon graduation from PT school, she completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Outside of work she enjoys almost anything that keeps her active, especially hiking and going to the gym, as well as spending time with her family.
