On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are working hard to repair damage as quickly as possible. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline, which can increase wait times. Apologies for any inconvenience you may experience.

Praveen Rao, M.D., specializes in Body Imaging and Neuroradiology. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Rao’s journey to becoming a radiologist first started at West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Charleston Area Medical Center and his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2014. Dr. Rao completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology and Body Imaging at University of Washington Medical Center in 2016. Outside of work, Dr. Rao enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, English literature, Indian dance and music, international cinema, philosophy, and the outdoors.
