The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Stepan Crenguta, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Medicine, Bucharest, Romania and then she underwent one year residency in Bucharest; she pursued a research career at University of Washington for another year before enrolling in internal medicine; she completed her residency in internal medicine at the Spokane Internal Medicine Residency Program (UW affiliated program).
Dr. Stepan enjoys the challenges of internal medicine and her particular focus is on chronic disease management (COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease). Preventive medicine is another strong interest with the emphasis on evidence-based screening tests. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her husband and two kids, hiking, and creative writing.
