Shannon has been an occupational therapist since 1993. She has worked in a variety of settings over her career and has specialized in hand and upper extremity rehab in the past 10 years. Shannon treats a variety of diagnosis of the upper extremity including fracture of the wrist and hand, repetitive strain injuries such as lateral epicondylitis and Dequervains, and post operative patient’s such as carpal tunnel release and carpometacarpal arthroplasty. She also treats patients with lymphedema of the upper and lower extremity.
Shannon grew up in Covington was. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma. She earned her certification in hand therapy specialty in May 2012 and received her certified lymphedema therapy specialty in October 2019. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, snow shoeing, knitting and Pilates.
