The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Baburaj Thankappan, MD, is board-certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, sleep medicine, and epilepsy. He practices general neurology with focus on epilepsy, long term EEG monitoring and sleep medicine. He is a member of American Academy of Neurology, American Epilepsy Society, American Medical Association and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. After graduating from University of Kerala, India, he completed an internal medicine residency. He did further training in internal medicine in the United Kingdom and is a member of the College of Physicians, MRCP(UK). He then completed residency in neurology from Wayne state University, Michigan and fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology/Epilepsy from Cleveland Clinic.
