Valley Medical Group Provider

Provider Bio

Laura earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University and her undergraduate degree from Washington State University. Growing up in Western Washington, she developed an appreciation for staying active and spending time outdoors, which continues to influence her approach to health and wellness today.

Laura is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through movement. She believes physical therapy is about more than recovering from pain or injury—it is an opportunity to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that support long-term well-being. She enjoys working with patients to create realistic and sustainable strategies that help them stay active and continue doing the things they love.

Outside of the clinic, Laura enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her family. As the mother of a young child, she understands the importance of finding practical ways to prioritize health and wellness within the demands of everyday life.
