Provider Bio

Wenyi Zhang, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and adult endocrinology. She enjoys practicing in general adult endocrinology including diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease. She strives to provide compassionate care to every patient based on mutual respect and open communication.

Dr. Zhang was born and raised in mainland, China. She finished her medical school at West China University of Medical Sciences. She gained her master’s degree of science in nutrition at Ohio State University. Dr. Zhang finished her internal medicine residency training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2015 and completed a fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Harbor-UCLA medical center in 2017.

Dr. Zhang is married, with one child. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and watching movies.
