These terms and conditions of use outline the terms under which you may access and use the Valley Medical Center SMS platform. Please read it carefully before using the platform. By accessing using Valley Medical Center's SMS platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.


When you sign up for text messages from Valley Medical Center you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with us Valley Medical Center and Partner Relationships including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.

This platform is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, nor it intended to be used for therapeutic purposes or as a substitute for a health professional's advice.

The diagnosis and treatment of a clinical condition can only be undertaken in person by a qualified healthcare professional. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you have regarding your health or a medical condition.

 

If you (a) require urgent medical attention or (b) are in immediate danger or (c) are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please call 911.
 

You can opt-out of SMS messages any time by texting STOP to respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using Valley Medical Center MyChart or speak to one of our Valley Medical Center caregivers at your next visit.
