Effective April 1, 2019, Pacific Vascular’s clinical staff will be providing vascular ultrasound exams as part of Valley Medical Center’s Vascular Ultrasound Services.

What Has Changed?

New lab name: Vascular Ultrasound Services at Valley Medical Center

New features:

• VMC will have its own established reading group for all ordered exams—meaning that all studies ordered by a VMC provider will be read by this newly created reading panel.
  
  
• All the acquired images and final reports will be available natively within our PACS and EPIC systems. Final reports will now be available much sooner within the Procedures tab in EPIC.

How to Order a Vascular Ultrasound Exam:

• Order through Valley’s EPIC system, see vascular epic tip sheet (Note: the tip sheet is on the intranet site and you may need to sign in with your VMC log-in).
• Fax vascular ultrasound referral form to 425.690.9525 (see vascular_ultrasound_order_form)
• Call 425.690.3525 to schedule an urgent or STAT exam
