On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.
Annual N95 Fit Testing
Annual Fit Testing for utilization of an N95 respirator is required by Federal and State
law, as well as VMC Policy. This applies to all individuals in positions subject to an
increased risk of exposure to infectious diseases.
Here are the calendars with scheduled dates and time for testing: June and July
• You can check your most recent fit test date on your Percipio transcript.
• No food or drink (water is ok) within 15 minutes of participation.
• Medical clearance is required.
• Must have acceptable facial hair style.
• Sessions are WALK-INS. No appointment required. It only takes 15-20 minutes!
