Valley's Compass Clinic is an advanced primary care clinic supporting patients through a coordinated, team-based approach. We help patients overcome barriers to care, manage complex chronic conditions, and reduce hospitalizations. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care, including our physicians, advanced practice clinicians, clinic RN, and clinical pharmacist.
The Compass Clinic is conveniently located in the Medical Arts Center building on Valley's main campus. Imaging and lab services are onsite.

Laboratory Hours of Operation:
- 8 AM to 5 PM
- Closed for lunch 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
- Walk-in patients accepted until 4 PM
Clinic Phone Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM (Monday thru Friday)
If calling about a patient concern: The patient must be on the call to confirm their consent to discuss personal medical information, even if you have proxy access for them. Please be sure the patient gets on the line prior to calling our office. This allows us to provide the best assistance for patients and their caregivers. If language support is needed, please ask for an interpreter when you call.
