- 8 AM to 5 PM
- Closed for lunch 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
- Walk-in patients accepted until 4 PM
Clinic Phone Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM

If calling about a patient concern: The patient must be on the call to confirm their consent to discuss personal medical information, even if you have proxy access for them. Please be sure the patient gets on the line prior to calling our office. This allows us to provide the best assistance for patients and their caregivers. If language support is needed, please ask for an interpreter when you call.
