The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Dr. Loo graduated Cum Laude from University of Southern California where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Cultures. He received his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Loo is a member of the American College of physicians. In his spare time, Dr. Loo enjoys playing sports and is a member of two intramural sports teams. Dr. Loo also spent time studying in Japan and the Czech Republic and is conversational in Japanese.
