Inpatient Pharmacy
Pharmacy services are available to hospital patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospital pharmacists have authority in selecting and monitoring drug therapy for patients in the hospital, Ambulatory Treatment Unit, Emergency Department, and Family Practice Residency clinic.
Anticoagulation Clinic at Valley Medical Center
Hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment
The Anticoagulation Clinic pharmacists provide regular blood testing, analysis, treatment, and education to patients using anticoagulation medicines such as Coumadin, Lovenox and Arixtra.
