What do I enjoy most about working at Valley?

“The culture at Valley is incredible! I’ve worked at a few different organizations and hospitals and Valley has by far one of the best team dynamics I’ve ever been around! Additionally, it is really rewarding helping lead such a progressive pharmacy department that allows for our pharmacists and residents to practice at the top of their license. Personally, being the residency program director (RPD) is also something I truly enjoy and am very passionate about. Seeing the growth of our residents and helping them become highly competent, well-rounded pharmacists is one of the best parts of being RPD!”
