For nearly fifteen years, Valley has been affiliated with UW Medicine. We are grateful for that chapter and for the collaborations that helped shape us along the way.
As we unwind the affiliation by December 31, 2026, a new chapter begins.
As Washington state's first and largest public hospital district, Valley is embracing a future that is distinctly our own—one rooted in the values, strengths, and spirit that have defined us for nearly 80 years.
Today, we're proud to introduce a new logo that is uniquely Valley, reflecting our next chapter as Valley Medical Center & Clinics, an independent healthcare organization. Adding “Clinics” to our name better reflects the comprehensive care we provide across our network of primary, specialty, and urgent care facilities.
Here from our CEO about our new logo.
A logo is not simply a design.
It tells a story about who we are and what we stand for.
And this one reflects something familiar that we have always known to be true: our greatest strength is not a building, a technology, or a name.
Our greatest strength is in WE, our staff, patients, and community.
Healthcare is not delivered by one person. It is delivered by an extraordinary tapestry of people with one shared commitment to caring for our community like family.
From physicians and nurses to environmental services teams, patient access representatives, therapists, technicians, volunteers, and countless others, every member of Valley plays an important role in the care experience.
This logo is a reflection of the people behind the care.
While our look is evolving, who we are is not.
Valley remains committed to:
Patients will continue to see the same providers, visit the same clinics, and receive the same high-quality care they trust from Valley every day.
