You may be eligible if space is available to sign up for Apple Health Expansion if you live in the state of Washington, even if you immigrated to the United States and/or are undocumented. This insurance includes medical, dental, and behavioral health services.

The enrollment limit for Apple Health Expansion has been met. Continue to complete an application to be considered if space opens in the program. You can review other coverage options until space becomes available.
Only one application needs to be submitted. If you have applied for Apple Health Expansion on or after June 20, 2024, and were denied because the enrollment cap was met, there are no additional steps to take. There is a possibility you may be randomly selected to enroll if space opens in the program. If selected for enrollment, you will receive an eligibility notice through your preferred communication method (email or mail).
This is a new program to help with healthcare expenses for adults who do not have insurance and do not meet immigration requirements for other Apple Health programs. Apple Health Expansion coverage is free; there are no out-of-pocket costs or copays. This insurance will cover, with some limitations, primary care, emergency visits, maternity services, pediatric care, dental services, vision care, prescription medications and more.
