Hospital Provider listings define what providers fall outside the scope of the UW Medicine Financial Assistance policy. These areas have made the determination either to “Opt In” or “Opt Out”. "Opt In" refers to providers who will offer Financial Assistance under the UW Medicine policy. "Opt Out" refers to providers who do not offer Financial Assistance under the UW Medicine policy
