With the government shutdown, many telehealth visits are not currently covered by Medicare. We are contacting impacted patients to help you avoid any unexpected charges. In many cases, telehealth appointments can be changed to an in-person visit. Please contact your clinic if you have questions or want to change or reschedule an appointment.

  • Healthy Life Wellness Program—a healthy lifestyle program for employees.
  • Employee Health Services—a staff RN provides initial care for employees injured on the job and treats employees with minor illnesses.
  • Fitness Center—all employees are eligible for a discounted membership to our on-site 24/7 Fitness Center, which offers gym aerobics, weight training, exercise equipment, and more.
  • Smoke-free policy—the use of nicotine products and marijuana is prohibited throughout the hospital and all buildings on the Valley Medical Center campus and affiliated VMC clinics, including all entrances, parking lots, and vehicles located on VMC property. Information about smoking cessation classes and resources is available through the Healthy Life Wellness Program.
